CHECK-IN
If you are new to our salon, we ask that you please check-in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Because your services are personally reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellations made in less than 4 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the service. No shows will be charged full price of service. A credit card is required to reserve Stress Reduction Packages or multiple appointments.
